FALL 2023| SEASON INFORMATION
Registration opens May 1st and will close on June 15th. Note: Fall Soccer is open to boys and girls born in 2010 through 2020 (Lil' Kickers Division).
Space is limited for each division. Once each division meets its player limit, players will then be placed on a waitlist. There is no guarantee that a player will come off the waitlist.
Non-La Mirada Residents are subject to a $10 non-resident fee per registration.
IF RESIDENCY IS BELOW 75% SOME NON- RESIDENTS MAY BE REFUNDED IN FULL TO MAINTAIN CITY MANDATED RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
Registration includes: Uniforms / Player Insurance / Pictures / Medal or Trophy (U6 and Under)
Divisions are based on BIRTH YEAR, not birth date or grade in school.

2023-2024 Season
- Fee Required by our governing body Cal South for each registrant
- Cal South Membership Fee of $12 will be added to your cart at the time of checkout.
LMSA will supplement our players Cal South Membership Fee through a discount when filling out your registration application.
- Please SELECT YES to receive LMSA DISCOUNT ($12 discount) for Cal South Membership Fee.
We will issue a $12 refund to all registrants that paid the Cal South Membership Fee prior to the implementation of the discount.

Fall games will be played on Saturday's: Fields TBA
U14 division may require some travel for AWAY games. Games for our U14 division may be played on Saturday and/or Sunday.
COACHING & PLAYER FREEZE REQUESTS
All those interested in coaching this fall, equipment and training will be provided. Please email us at: [email protected]
Coaches may request to have players on their team as we do every Fall. Coaches need to have the parents sign the 2023 LMSA Fall Freeze Form found under LMSA documents on our website.
Please send form filled out with the players information that are going to play on your team to [email protected] NO LATER THAN JUNE 30th.
SPECIAL PLAYER REQUEST
- No “Play-Up” requests unless the parent is the head coach of the team or with approval of the LMSA Board of Directors.
- No "Play With X/Buddy" requests during the fall season.
- Player requests must come from the head coach via Coach's Request Form.
Parents/Family Members-Consider volunteering to coach in order to have your kids play together with their friend/cousin; Coach's Freeze Forms are more likely to be considered than "Play With X/Buddy" requests.

PRACTICES
- U8 & upper divisions practice twice a week.
- U6 teams practice once a week. If fields are available for U6 teams to practice twice a week, the head coach will decide if he/she would like to use the extra day to practice.
- Lil Kickers practice on the same day as games. Practices are held prior to games. The team will have a 15-20 min practice, followed with an additional 15-20 mins of game time.
Generally practice days/times are set up as follows (practice times subject to change):
First Group/Teams: 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Second Group/Teams: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Practice days: M/W or T/Th
ALL OF OUR COACHES ARE VOLUNTEERS. Head coaches will select the practice days/times best suitable for their schedule. You will be notified by your head coach once he/she has received their team roster and selected their practice schedule.
Registered players will hear from their head coach closer to the first day of practice.
